어떤 음악은 음악 자체로 인식되는 것이 아니라 그 음악을 들을 당시에 깊게 각인되었던 기억과 함께 저장된다. 그 기억은 음악이 인출단서가 되어주기만 하면 언제나 생생하게 살아있는 것이 되어서, 똑같은 긴장과, 감동과, 설렘을 가져다 주게 된다.
이 노래를 들으면 자연스럽게 그 때의 경기가 연상된다. 우승을 향한 선수들의 힘과 열정이 그대로 전해져서 전율하게 만들던 감동적인 경기. 들을 때마다 그 때의 감정을 떠올리고 싶어 한동안 헤매다 어렵게 찾은 이 곡은 시원스런 샤우팅을 지르는 목소리와 더불어 늘 좋은 기억을 떠올려 기분을 좋게 해 주는 매개체였다.
